Mattew Flower (Flower Painting https://www.flowerpainting.org/) is not simply a painter but a craftsman. He is not detail oriented but DEEEEEEEE-TAAAAAAAIL oriented. I had a vision for a magnetic hallway (see photos). Although I bought the paint the project was daunting. I couldn't find anyone else who's done this. (I actually posted here on Nextdoor a while ago inquiring as such.) Oh yes he's used magnetic paint before and knew all about it. OK that was encouraging. Found out he's been painting for over 25 years, not only has a plethora of experience but is a total wonk about anything he takes on. He won't necessarily bore you with wonky details but it's obvious he's done all and any research to the Nth degree in regards to any thing he takes on. Additionally he has a designer's eye. As the project took shape, he knew what was needed next, why and how to proceed. For example, the magnetic paint is black and I thought I wanted a different color over it, however I wound up liking the black. Now time for the white trim. The can I had was too shiny. Uh OK. He knew what would work. Off he went to get it. The care, precision, cutting in the paint for this part, taping off for that part. This patched spot over here won't take the paint as well. It will cost a lot to fix it. OK I can work around it. To say you are in good hands with Matthew Flower (yes that's his name) is an understatement as is to say I recommend him highly.
